Finding out where your favorite bands are performing doesn’t have to be difficult. When it comes to the venues in Long Beach, you can guarantee that you’ll have access to some of the best top-name performers around. These are four bands that have performances lined up in Long Beach in 2017.

Bonnie Raitt

Bonnie Raitt will be hitting the stage at the Long Beach Terrace Theatre on Ocean Boulevard on February 15th. Raitt has recently released her twentieth album, Dig in Deep from Redwing Records. This performance will be kicking off her 2017 world tour. Being first in line means Long Beach gets to see the premier performance of one of a very successful artist. The California Honeydrops will also be performing as special guests.



Lick has played all over the country and will now be making a stop right in Long Beach. On March 27th you can catch the band themselves as they perform at Que Sera on East Seventh Street at 9:00 p.m. Not only is the event completely free and open to the public, it also marks Long Beach’s first and only queer dance night. Come out for a memorable night that you won’t forget–and forge your part in this little piece of history.


Mic Dangerously

Mic De La Torre, also known around Long Beach as Mic Dangerously, is the lead singer for the LA funk and rock trio Zen Robbi. Mic Dangerously has been performing all over the west coast for nearly a decade, stopping at hundreds of venues, and now he is making a stop at Gallagher’s Pub and Grill on East Broadway. You can expect a wide-range of mash ups, including folk rock and edgy blues. With the laid back vibes and amazing music, you are guaranteed to have a good time. Mic Dangerously will be performing at Gallagher’s Pub and Grill on March 28th at 8:00 p.m.



A christian rock band from Baytown, Texas, Leeland will be performing at the Long Beach Convention and Entertainment center on June 3rd. If you want to catch this performance, you are going to want to get some tickets for the 7:00 p.m. show. Already having released five studio albums, you can be sure that their music will be fresh and original once they step foot in Long Beach. The band has received multiple nominations for a Grammy and two Dove awards. Get ready to hear some soulful music from band mates Leeland Mooring and Casey Moore.
