Long Beach-developed, Austin-relocated musician Chase Frank, is holding listening parties for her fourth studio album, entitled “Smile Trials”, produced by Ikey Owens of The Mars Volta and Free Moral Agents, on November 27 in the LB area. You can RSVP on Facebook for any of the listening parties in any city (Austin (11/20), Portland (11/28), New York (11/27)).

A solo artist, “out of exasperation” with band mates she says wanted to “take the edge off” the music, Chase has been pushing her intense guitar chops, and quirky-dark songwriting sensibilities onstage through loop pedals up and down the Pacific Northwest, with collaborator Ahmad Jamal Butler (no relation!) on Drums.

The Long Beach location has been announced! The Pike Bar on November 27th, starts at 6pm.  Info on the flyer below
