Tini Grey, son of renowned Polynesian musician Jerome Grey and husband of Miss Hawaii and Miss America Angela Baraquio Grey, is celebrating his album release this Friday October 26th – 7:00pm at The Mai Tai Bar here in Long Beach.

The Mai Tai Bar, famous for it’s California style and island vibe, is the perfect setting for Tini Grey’s album release. Born and raised between orange county and the big island, Tini’s music is a refreshing blend of acoustic soul and sweet island rhythms.

Tini’s first outing as a solo musician has yielded a wildly positive response from press and public. His laid back pop sensibilities and soulful message have garnered comparisons to John Mayer and Ben Harper in the latest issue of OC Weekly, who just ran a full page feature on Tini’s new album Shades of Grey. Tini is a fixture at The Ford Amphitheater, Disney Land and local hot spots such as District Wine.
